Distinct in its look and designed for functionality and durability, the GOBI JK Stealth Rack is a welcome addition to this sliver Jeep JKU Rubicon. GOBI racks feature a solely bolt-on installation using existing vehicle mounting points and a black-powder coat finish with an anti-rust undercoat. This rack has a safe driving load of 300 lbs and a 800lb static load capacity, prefect for roof top tents and their occupants. Lastly, this rack has a single bolt-on ladder on the rear left hand side for easy access up top.
In addition to installing the rack, we made sure that this rig can stop on a dime with a Dynatrac ProGrip Brake System. The ProGrip comes with larger rotors- front and rear- and improves braking by moving the factory calibers farther from the axle center line. The increased rear braking power delivers balanced braking to your rig, reduction in ride noise, and significant improvement in brake performance during mild and hard braking conditions. After the new brakes, we made some space to fit larger tires with Spidertrax Off-road 1.5"thick wheel spacers and outfitted five BFGoodrich 34x10.50R17 All-Terrain KO2's.
To wrap things up, we calibrated an AEV ProCal Module. This device corrects the speedometer, gear ratio, etc. from the increase in tire size. If left uncorrected, there is a serious degradation in the performance steering control, transmission shifting, and engine performance. This module ensures that your rig is at its best when you need it- on or off road.
