DEVELOPMENT AND SAFETY
Old Man Emu employs a team of full time ride control engineers to carry out an exhaustive testing and development program on each component in an Old Man Emu Suspension system. Access to a long list of sophisticated test equipment ensures all development work has an unrelenting, no compromise approach. During development, each new Old Man Emu Suspension system is tested not only for practical performance, but also to ensure compatibility with modern vehicle safety features such as electronic stability control, an area in which ARB has invested heavily in.
WHICH OME KIT DO I NEED?
We've simplified the process so you know how to select the best suspension for your vehicle. Using our SUSPENSION SELECTOR, you can make your selection based on the overall load you anticipate on your vehicle. With the SHOCK SELECTOR, you can view kits based on the performance level you demand from your suspension system. And choose from popular vehicle makes using the VEHICLE SELECTOR if you'd like to see the options available for your vehicle.

Where the purpose of a spring is to carry the load of a vehicle and its cargo, a shock absorber works to control the spring by absorbing excess energy and, in doing so, has a profound impact on your vehicle’s ride and handling.
During the development of OME’s Nitrocharger Sport shock absorbers, particular focus is placed on how well they are matched to the specific springs they’ll be controlling, with Ride Control Engineers tailoring shock absorber valving to work with the different springs in the range, often resulting in multiple shock absorber options for each vehicle.

BP51 INTERNAL BYPASS
The BP-51 range of high performance, bypass shock absorbers is the result of an exhaustive development process aimed at delivering the ultimate in both comfort and control. BP-51 shock absorbers are vehicle-specific and utilize existing mounting locations to provide easy installation without the need for additional vehicle modification.
Unlike most other adjustable shock absorbers, which provide adjustment for compression only, the BP-51 range allows on-vehicle, independent adjustability of both rebound and compression to offer class-leading ride customization that can be tailored to an individual vehicle or trip requirements.
