2012 Jeep Wrangler JK8

This visit, we powder coated all the suspension components- long arms, sway bars, etc.- metallic gray so they will be more visible. Adding an accent of color with powder coating is always an easy way to put an extra custom touch to your vehicle. After the paint, we equipped a custom modified chase rack from Innovative Creations Inc. Originally designed to fit the bed of a full-sized truck, we modified this rack to nicely dovetail in the rear bed of this JK8. The rack keeps the gear secure and tidy holding a spare tire, a Pelican Elite 24 Can Soft Cooler, a fuel container rack, a multi-purpose storage box, and a floor jack mount.

Previously transformed and modified at OK, we converted its stock V6 engine to a V8 with the help of AEV's Hemi Conversion Kit. Other work includes, installation of a Dynatrac XD60 front axle, a Dynatrac ProRock rear axle, and a PSC Cylinder Assist Kit to fortify the steering and bones of the Jeep. For protection, we installed Ace Engineering fenders and a poison spyder front bumper. Within the front bumper, we equipped a very capable Warn 16.5ti-S winch, and, for wheels and tires, we mounted and balanced durable 17" raceline RT233 Monster Cast Beadlock Wheels with aggressive Maxxis Trepador 43x14.50-17LT tires.
