We fortified the bones and suspension of this Jeep JK to increase its capability offroad. First, we installed a 3.5" AEV DualSport Suspension System with a JKS Adjustable Track Bar. AEV’s DualSport Suspension Systems are second to none and have taken off-road suspension engineering to the next level. At AEV, suspension development is about more than just adding lift height, articulation, or flashy-looking components. It’s about bringing OE-level suspension engineering to the aftermarket to create a true do-anything “dualsport” suspension – one that is both extremely capable off-road, while offering unparalleled on-road performance and handling.
After the suspension, we outfitted a new Spicer Ultimate 44 Front Axle geared with 4.56's. In the rear diff, following the front axle's lead, we re-geared it with 4.56s gears as well as installed a new E-locker. To finish up, we mounted and balanced Mammoth Boulder Charcoal Wheels with BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires.
