The all-inclusive kit includes a Spare Tire Relocation Bracket to raise the spare tire 1.5 inches - enough to fit a 35 inch tire, while the 3rd Brake Light Extension Bracket allows you to retain the factory 3rd brake light to remain D.O.T. compliant.
