At our shop, this 2-door, trail master added more to its legend. We swapped out its old lift kit for a TeraFlex Falcon Series 3.3 Fast Adjust Piggyback Shock Absorber Kit. These shocks are specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of the Jeep Wrangler and will improve stability, ride quality, and comfort for this Jeep on and off road. In addition, to add more adaptability and customization to your suspension, these shocks feature a 3-position fast adjust knob to change dampening settings from soft, middle, and firm. The middle positions allows for further tuning with a 8-position micro adjust knob. The option to tune your suspension to the specific demands of an environment gives your Jeep another added advantage.
Paired with these superb shocks are Clayton Off Road longs arms and a Clayton Off Road rear track bar. These bolt long arms allow for the lifted suspension to work in its natural state by correcting operating angles. Other added benefits include, increased travel potential and reduction of overall stress on the vehicle and its suspension components. To continue, the Clayton Off Road track bar makes sure that the axle remains centered underneath your vehicle when the suspension system articulates and flexes. The TeraFlex SpeedBump kit will help mitigate damage from compression impacts and bottoming out situations when driving off road or on poorly maintained roads. Lastly, the installed Currie Enterprises sway bars will provide balanced suspension performance in rugged offroad conditions. All boxes are check off for this solid suspension setup. This JK will make traversing difficult terrain look easy and effortless, and, paired with its small size, it will able to reach tight and secluded places, campsites, and views other vehicles could only dream of.
To keep up the pace with the suspension, we upgraded the steering with a TeraFlex Falcon Nexus EF 2.2 Fast Adjust Steering Stablizer, a Synergy Weld-On HD Front Track bar bracket, Steer Smarts Yeti XD Outer Draglink End, JKS Manufacturing Drag Link Flip Kit and Reid Racing Heavy Duty High Steer Knuckles. While down there, we installed Tom Wood's Custom Drivshafts and repaired the front differential with a Yukon Gear Axle Differential kit. To finish up, we outfitted some armor with TeraFlex Rear Shock Skid Plates, Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers, and a Clayton Offroad Transfer Case Skid Plate.
