Meet the Wrappon Sunny

When I am camping in the woods or parked at one of my favorite camp spots, there’s one thing that seems to always be missing: a clean, reliable bathroom. It is also the number one reason some of my friends hesitate to join me on trips. As a woman, that reality adds an extra later of stress to planning any trip. The worry and discomfort around where and how to go can hang over a trip that I've been looking forward to.

That's why I was immediately drawn to the Wrappon Sunny when OK4WD started carrying Wrappon products. I've had more than a few moments on trips where something like the Sunny would've made a huge difference. Whether it was the lack of facilities at a remote site or the awkwardness of trying to go at a semi-busy camp site, I realized how dependable a private bathroom solution really is.  Now, thanks to this portable toilet, I have a peace of mind on every trip that I go on.

Why We Love It for Camping

The Sunny is lightweight, compact, and easy to transport, which means I can easily lift it in and out of my truck while still saving space for the rest of my gear. With just the push of a button, it seals waste in an odor-proof, leak-proof film, no water or chemicals required. That’s huge when you’re trying to keep it simple while packing. It's clean, eco-friendly, and totally self-contained.

I hear the phrase "why not just go in the woods?" a lot. But, here's why the Wrappon Sunny makes more sense:

-Privacy Matters- especially when I'm camping with friends and hiding spots are limited. A quick pop-up tent, such as the Outback Shower Tent from Kakadu, make this simple.

-Safety Matters- I'm not trying to run into poison ivy, ticks, or wildlife while scouring the woods for hiding spot.

-Legality Matters- In many places, including National Parks, going in the woods is illegal.

-Leaving No Trace Matters- Packing out is part of responsible adventuring, and those principles are something that I take seriously every time I head out for a trip.

And for those thinking "just dig an appropriate hole," just remember that you're not supposed to if you're on medications, using TP or wipes, or unable to dig 6-8 inches deep. Realistically, it's not always that practical or sanitary.

The Bottom Line

The Wrappon Sunny is the perfect for campers, van-lifers, or anyone who just enjoys being outdoors but doesn't want to sacrifice comfort or hygiene. It gives me peace of mind, takes up very little space, and helps me stay true to my commitment to the Leave No Trace principles. Getting to camp and explore shouldn’t mean compromising comfort, safety, or my ethics. This eliminates my stressors, and I genuinely don't leave for a trip without it.
