2019 Chevrolet 3500 High Country

2019 Chevrolet 3500 High Country

3 minute read

Fresh off the factory line, we transformed this new 2019 Chevrolet 3500HD High Country into a SEMA show truck. First, we drastically changed its stock appearance with the aggressive design and unique styling of Fab Fours. We installed a Chevy HD Grumper, a Chevy HD Air Hood ViCowl, and a Vengeance Sensor Rear Bumper. Equipped behind the Grumper, is a Warn ZEON 12-S Winch with a Factor 55 XXL Flatlink, Warn wireless controller and a Warn power interrupt kit. To add some light, we installed two sets of Rigid Industries D-Series Pro SPecter Driving LED lights within the Grumper and two pairs of D-Series Pro Spot Midnight Surface LED Lights within the rear bumper as well as a Rigid Industries E-Series 20" Hyperspot on top the windshield ViCowl. To control all the accessories, we outfitted a Trigger Six Shooter Accessory Control System. With an easily accessible switchboard located on the dashboard, controlling all the accessories is effortless.

After the face lift, we elevated this truck to show truck level with a Cognito Stage 2 12" Lift Kit and a Cognito 50" Universal Traction Bar kit. For added touch of flare and customization, we powder-coated the components of these kits bright red. Traction bars are essential in heavy duty trucks in order to prevent axle warp and wheel hop. Without them in place, axle warp could cause serious damage and deformation to the leaf springs and potential destruction of the driveshaft. To aid in getting in and out of this tall truck, we equipped AMP Electric Powersteps. Lastly, for wheels and tires, we mounted and balanced four Fuel Offroad 24x12 Forged Clever wheels with Toyo 40x15.5R24 Open Country M/T tires.
