Special Order products are products that we purchase directly from the manufacturer or supplier on an order-to-order basis.
Some products may be made-to-order (custom order), and some may be items that we only request stock from the manufacturer once we receive an order.
If an ETA is not listed or is listed as unknown, our sales representatives might better assist you with an accurate timeline.
