* Steel factory transfer case cover is made of 3.64mm thin steel and is lacking an additional support point which can cause it easily hitting the transfer case under impact. At the same time, RIVAL 1/4-in. thick Aluminum Transfer Case skid plate sits on a 5mm thick reinforced crossmember protecting your transfer case from serious damages when off-roading.
