The E360 85 A MPPT Bluetooth Programmable Solar Charge Controller has the latest technology in a solar charge controller with maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and Bluetooth functionality. An MPPT controller is more like a sophisticated DC to DC charger that can take the maximum voltage and current from the solar panels and provide the maximum output needed by the battery bank. It can identify the location on the solar panels with the best sun exposure at the highest available voltage and current and make continual adjustments as sun conditions change. MPPT solar charge controllers can be 30% more efficient than simpler pulse width modulated (PWM) solar charge controllers. The E360 solar charge controllers have a large heat sink for efficient cooling for improved performance. The Bluetooth programmability allows the charge profile to be custom set for any battery chemistry making it an exceptional choice when paired with E360 lithium batteries.
