Why Wrappon?
There are a lot of portable toilets on the market but the there are three features that separate this Japanese design and manufactured product over others.
Automatic Wrapping Mechanism
The automatic wrapping system developed by Nihon Safety uses thermocompression bonding to hermetically seal waste after each use without the use of water. Since waste is individually wrapped and the soiled film is cut away after each use, the Wrappon Green remains clean and is easy to maintain. Please note that wrapped and sealed film bags should be disposed of in a timely manner, as odors may escape if the packs are stored for an extended period of time.
Lightweight, Compact, and Portable
The main unit is composed of an aluminum alloy that does not rust easily even if scratched, and is therefore easy to maintain. The Wrappon Green is lightweight and portable. It also folds into a compact shape when not in use.
Special Film Prevents Odor Leakage
The special five-layer film prevents odors from escaping. In addition, because the film is made of polyethylene, it emits no harmful gases when incinerated. Thus, the wrapped and sealed bags can be disposed of in the same way as disposable diapers. Please note that because required disposal methods may vary among individual local municipalities, please check with your local public authorities.
How To Use
The Wrappon is incredibly easy to use due to its advanced features. The entire operation can be done in just three steps.
Step 1
Simply pour in the special coagulant and the toilet is ready to use. The special substance is used to absorb the moisture and coagulate the feces/urine.
Step 2
When finished, press the button on the remote control unit. The Wrappon Green automatically starts wrapping the waste. Because the special film is automatically supplied, it keeps the toilet clean for each use without leaving any waste or odor inside the toilet.
Step 3
The operation completion sound (three beeps-Pi-Pi-Pi) indicates that the sealed bag has been separated and released. Pull out the bottom tray and remove the wrapped waste.
