AEV Front HighMark Fender Flares for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are engineered to provide the clearance needed to properly run 40" tires without excessive lift height. When paired with AEV’s 4" DualSport Suspension System, these flares deliver increased ground clearance, improved traction, and enhanced flotation in sand, snow, and loose terrain, all while maintaining stable, predictable on-road handling and everyday drivability.
Designed as part of a fully integrated AEV system, the Front HighMark Fender Flares work seamlessly with AEV suspension, wheels, and bumper components to create a complete, validated solution for running larger tires. Built for durability, the system includes structural reinforcements such as Front-End Structural Module (FESM) brackets and stamped supports to strengthen modified body areas. The flares themselves are constructed from heavy-duty, UV-stable XLDPE cross-linked polyethylene using a roto-molding process, resulting in a fully enclosed, highly durable design that far exceeds typical vacuum-formed aftermarket alternatives.
