We call this the "Wishy Washy" hand washing station. Place the filter end of the hose in a bucket of water and simply step on the bulb to produce a stream of water that can be used to wash your hands. (Not intended for drinking purposes). A bucket is not provided. The tall works very well right on the ground. Comes with a bag.
