We're experiencing the largest demand (company wide) we've ever have. Additionally, we're in the middle of physically moving into our new production building. We're doing a complete restructure of our manufacturing. We're moving machines, establishing new workflow processes, hiring and training additional staff, all in order to accommodate for growth. Our ultimate goal is to have minimal to 0 week lead times once our new building is fully set up.
