AswWith all purchases from OK4WD the whole experience was seamless. They have a very intuitive web interface and option for chat support. I promptly received tracking information and was able to follow the delivery right to my door. For install, all the necessary equipment was provided. I opted to use well nuts (rubber rivet nuts) vs using the provided rivets. I felt this was a less permanent solution and the rubber appears to act as an anti vibration solution. I also lined the inner wall of the cab door with catstounge tape which provides excellent grip and anti vibrating properties.
