Zone Offroad 2" Suspension Lift Kit 04-12 Colorado/Canyon
Zone Offroad torsion bar keys are made in the USA and are 100% resonant frequency tested to ensure a solid casting. Once tested the keys are CNC machined to ensure the proper amount of lift for your vehicle. This easy to install torsion bar key leveling kit is designed to lift the front of your Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon 2 inches. The kit includes front shock spacers to not only compensate for the added lift, but gain wheel travel by allowing the suspension to fully droop to the factory frame limiter. The rear is lifted with a pair of add-a-leafs for added capacity and reduced axle wrap. Zone Offroad rear shocks are available in the accessories section.

More payload capacity, ground clearence, and firmer rideI installed it on my 2005 GMC Canyon Crew Cab SLE Z71. The directions were fairly good. I spent a bulk of my time installing the add a leaf to the rear. Since my truck has been used on salted road, I dealt with a lot of rust and stuck bolts. However the kit includes replacement bolts where needed. I also got the optional hydro rear shocks. The torsion bar keys were easy to install. I wasn't able to remove the front shocks to install shock spacers because of rusted shocks. The axle spacers where fairly easy to install. However the front axle does hang a little lower in the truck making it more exposed.
The ride is a little firmer, but I was looking for that in a well worn 10 year old truck. It's been more stable for me over bumps, especially with the hydro rear shocks. Also I have more payload capacity in the rear. The truck ended up being 2.5 inches taller after the lift, and I'm very happy with the added ground clearance. Wish I would have done this sooner. I also changed my tires out for the largest recommended tires of 31x10.5x15.
