Warn Accessory Rebate Giveaway

Offer valid for qualifying purchases between July 1, 2015 and August 31, 2015. Claims must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2015.

To Claim your WARN Winch Accessory Kit:
1. Purchase a qualifying WARN winch between July 1, 2015 and August 31, 2015.
2. Include a copy of your retailer receipt that clearly shows items purchased and purchase date. For internet orders, provide your order confirmation that clearly shows items purchased and purchase date.

3. Include the UPC bar code from your winch packaging for each winch purchased.

4. SERIAL NUMBER IS REQUIRED for all winch models. Rebates that do not include a serial number will be rejected.

5. Review your rebate submission and verify that it includes:

Original retailer receipt that clearly shows purchase date and items purchased

The UPC bar code from your winch packaging

This completed rebate form

6. Make a photocopy of your rebate submissions and keep it for your records.

7. Limit two (2) rebates per receipt. Maximum rebate allowed per receipt is $200.

This offer valid only for specified WARN winches purchased in the United States and Canada. Offer valid for US and Canada residents only. Offer limited to two claims per receipt. Limit of two accessory kits per consumer receipt. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be denied. SERIAL NUMBER IS REQUIRED for all models (except VR). Physical addresses only, NO deliveries to PO Box addresses. Requests with invalid or undeliverable address will be denied. This offer will not accept further processing activity 6 months from the last valid purchase date. Consumers have 6 months from the postmark date to submit documents to fix incomplete submissions or missing requirements. Clubs, groups, organizations, resellers or associations are not eligible.
