2014 Truckfest Recap

It was a very special year for OK4WD as we celebrated the 25th anniversary of our annual truckfest! Since 1989 the all-day event has showcased trucks of all makes, models, and years. It has attracted truck fans from New York, Pennsylvania as well as local aficionados. This special year did not disappoint with more participants and vendors than ever before! We also had the privilege to premier a set of BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires- one of the first stores nationwide to do so! If you're looking for the results of this year's truck show, please click here.

There were so many different ways one could have enjoyed the gorgeous fall day whether it was as participant, spectator, vendor, or if you came to make purchases by taking advantage of our current deals. We certainly hope you had as wonderful a day as we did!

With twenty classes for trucks to enter, as well as nineteen specialty awards, and a “Best Overall” for the day, the judges really had their work cut out for them.

The great aspect about Truckfest is the fact that it is not just for new truck, nor is it an antique truck show. Many different eras are represented, showing spectators an array of different vehicles. The show truly has something for everyone!

H&K and sons join us for multiple events throughout the year, and we are always delighted to have them with us!

There was no shortage of eye candy for the fan of the square body.

The show room was bursting with energy as sales representatives helped customers cash in on the savings currently offered.

During which there were activities for children’s enjoyment such as pumpkin painting and face painting. Outside, live bands entertained the crowd while the judges walked the grounds making their choices.

Even furry family members enjoyed the day

The Franklin Township Fire Department hard at work preparing food for everyone all day long. Many thanks to them for all their efforts!

The rock hill attracted not only the trail rig class vehicles but many spectators to see the flexed vehicles.

Lawrence from Amsoil set up in the shop with his display of synthetic lubricants.

These trucks were ready for anything with their roof top tents and equipment.

The day even included some modified low rider trucks!

After a long and arduous judging, and with the end of the truckfest near, staff members tallied up the votes to come to a decision for all categories. Owner Jim Oostdyk with the help of some young friends began the raffle that would lead to the announcement of the winners.

Tony K. took home 2nd place for Class 3 with his 1978 Chevy Silverado

Kevin “Bagels” O.  nabbed the 1st place for Class 5 with his “bagels built” Jeep TJ
